You’re often good at fixing things and protecting others, but sometimes you forget to protect yourself.
For example: I’ve known several Caregivers, and they’ve all been great at fixing other people’s issues, but they’ve also been naive or careless when it comes to themselves. They always push themselves to the limit, sometimes too hard.
