Jimmy A. Aleister personality type is INTJ, which stands for “introverted, intuitive, thinking, judging.” I’m a hard-charging introvert, with a strong drive to find pattern in the world and make sense of it all. As a child, I had a very developed sense of ethics and moral values. I had to work hard to develop my intuition and thinking functions, but I’m glad I did.
I’m an INTJ because I tend to approach problems in an extremely rational way. I’m the kind of person who will ask the question “How can I make this happen?” rather than some other way. I have to have a rational, logical solution to every problem that I face. I have learned that people are often more likely to follow my lead if they see me as a very logical person.
I’m also an INTJ because I have a strong need to be noticed. It’s part of my personality that I want to make a big impact in the world. This is one of the reasons why I enjoy writing books. I feel that the written word can have the same impact on the world as the spoken word can have.
