So, how did I find out?
Well, I can't tell you that, but I can tell you what it means to me.
I have known for a long time that I don't fit the stereotypical "damsel in distress" mold. I've always known that I would be a fighter, a liberator, a new world-builder, a destroyer of bad guys and illogical systems, a lover of my friends and of myself. But it wasn't until I had the revelation that my personality type is actually called "The Rebel" that I had the first inkling of what my true calling in life would be.
When I was 18, right after I graduated high school, I got a job at a fast food restaurant. It was a terribly low pay job, but it was still a job. It was a job that everyone who had graduated from high school was expected to have. But as I was gazing out the window at the nightlife of the little town I lived in, I realized pretty quickly that this was not my calling.
