Whimsun personality type is INFP, and the only two I’ve ever met with this personality type were both INFPs. I don’t think it’s coincidence that they were both really sweet, funny people.
It was really funny to hear that one of them said, “I don’t know if I should tell you this, but I’m an INFP. I probably won’t be able to talk to you much because you might think I’m weird or crazy or whatever.” You have to understand that this woman is an INFP, so being called “weird” or “crazy” would have really hurt her feelings.
But she was actually really surprised to hear how much geeks are like her. She was so used to being treated like a freak due to her personality that she was surprised that geeks could be normal, too.
She also said that she was quite surprised that I wasn’t more geeky. I told her that it’s not really a requirement to be a geek to be a friend of mine.
