Instead of thinking about how they can make the relationship work, they will often take it for granted and attempt to use people for what they can get out of them. This can also lead to them not realizing that they are being taken advantage of, which can make them even more disappointed in themselves.
ESTPs need to be able to develop their communication skills in order to get their way, but having too much communication can also make them seem like they are always talking.
