They get so caught up in making other people happy that they forget to take care of themselves. They don’t pay attention to their own emotions because they are too busy caring about everyone else. They can become unhappy if they don’t take care of themselves.
They need to learn how to take care of themselves by learning how to take care of their own emotions.
