Victor is a nice person, who is usually laughing and having fun with his friends, especially Jax. He is also a good friend of Jax and the two are often seen together. He is a bit of a ditz, a la a ditzy blonde from a 1950s comedy, or a ditzy young lady from a 90s movie. He even has a habit of saying "Oh, yeah" after nearly every sentence he says, which can be quite annoying at times, but he always means it. His friends describe him as a ditz. He is known to have a huge crush on Jax and can't seem to stop staring at her. When he gets nervous, he tends to stutter and lose the ability to speak.
Victor often has a habit of getting his clothes dirty and/or wet, possibly due to his affinity for water. He also tends to spill things over himself and his clothes, such as soda and ketchup.
