KEY FINDINGS:
The sample of professionals varied in numbers and roles (ranging from 1 to 15) and leadership styles (ranging from democratic to autocratic).
The INFJ and ENFJ both had similar levels of extroversion and agreeableness, and they both had similar levels of openness and conscientiousness.
Findings indicated that INFJs were more likely to be trusting and gullible. They were also less likely to be open-minded and lower in neuroticism.
The INFJ was more likely to have a clearer vision, to have a deep sense of purpose, and to have a well-established philosophy.
Both types were likely to have a strong focus on a problem, to have a strong drive for creativity, and to have a well-established vision.
Both types were likely to have a good sense of time, prioritization skills, and well-developed intuition. They were both likely to be highly analytical and reflective.
