May Welland personality type is ISFJ, the Caregiver. While the ISFJ is usually a very warm and caring person, they can be a little stiff and awkward around people they don't know. They have a strong need for routine and structure, and a tendency to be over-protective of those they care about. If they do make friends, they will often pay too much attention to their friends' needs and ignore their own. They like working with people, and will do anything they can to help their friends or family members. They are extremely loyal to those they love and will do whatever it takes to make them happy. They do not like conflict and will try to avoid it at all costs. When faced with a conflict, they will be completely overwhelmed and will often avoid the situation completely, avoiding the conflict entirely by leaving and avoiding any contact with the other person. The ISFJ will also avoid situations where they feel they don't have control over what happens. They also avoid situations where they might be criticized or made fun of, as this would provoke a strong negative reaction in them.
