Tommy Conlon personality type is ISTP, INFJ, ISTJ, INTJ, INTJ, INTJ. But I am not "old school" like most of the authors on the site. I am full on (INFJ). I was diagnosed with Asperger's at the age of 16.Anyhow, the reason I am asking is that I am interviewing for a new job and they are showing me how to interact with people. It's all about working out what the other person is like.This is the thing that gets me on ISTP, ISTP, INFJ, ISTJ, INTJ, INTJ, INTJ. "You have a good sense of humor" or "You have a great way with words". I am not a great speaker. I have an introverted personality and have a hard time speaking in front of a large group of people. So this is a tough interview question for me.
