This type of procrastinator procrastinates on things that they don’t really need to do at all. These types of procrastinators can be very perfectionist and tend to put off tasks until the last possible moment. They often put off small tasks and appointments because they want to avoid feeling bad or having to confront themselves about what they’ve done and why they haven’t done it.
