Sara personality type is INFJ, so I am not surprised that she had a hard time with her involvement in the fashion industry. What I am surprised about is that she has managed to stay in fashion designing for so long. I would not expect fashion to be her passion, but she has managed to remain in the fashion industry for years on end. I can't imagine how hard it must be to stay in it for years on end, especially when you are constantly trying to make yourself better.
My guess is that Sara has always wanted to design clothes, but she never imagined she would be able to do it for a living. She may have always liked fashion, but potential fashion designers may not like the idea of taking a big step into a crowded industry with a lot of competition. I know I took a big step into fashion design when I decided I wanted to design clothes. I didn't want to take a chance on a random company, so I took a gamble and started my own independent brand.
