Kevin Murphy personality type is INFP, which is one of the two “healer” personality types that I am aware of. INFP’s are the “I” in “I am”, which means that they focus on their own internal world. INFPs like to be alone but like to be around people who help them develop their personal growth. They like to be with others who are themselves more introverted, so that they can help each other out with their inner worlds.
INFP’s are usually pretty good at reading people and can sense when they are on the verge of blowing up, so they tend to avoid confrontations with people for this reason. They also don’t like to force themselves into situations where they feel uncomfortable.
I have found that my husband, who is an INFP, is really good at taking care of himself, but not so good at taking care of his own needs. He doesn’t like to take care of himself, so he has to be told to do it. When I tell him to take care of himself, he will listen to me and he will actually do it sometimes.
