Barbara Erlenwein personality type is ENTP, a thinker, something I have been sharing my findings from the book.
She was a brilliant woman who is also a great storyteller.
In fact, I’ve been thinking about writing a book on the different personality types, and one of my favorite Barbara Erlenwein stories is her account of how she discovered her typing personality.
Erlenwein was born in Vienna and she studied music at the Vienna Conservatory. She was also an accomplished cellist and composer.
But her first love was psychology. She wanted to work with children, and she wanted to understand human behavior and the workings of the mind.
She graduated from Vienna University with a degree in psychology and went on to study at Harvard.
While at Harvard, she realized she wanted to help people make sense of their lives and their interactions with others, and she decided to specialize in counseling, writing and education.
She eventually became a professor of psychology at the University of California, Berkeley.
Erlenwein was very interested in personality typing and she was also very interested in Jungian psychology.
