Fiora Pellerin personality type is ISTJ, which is the more common of the two known types for the ISTJ. I am that rare breed of ISTJ who has a little more of a “people person” side to her. I have a strong desire to help others and the desire to be a part of a team or a family in a meaningful way.
I have a lot of respect for the ISTJ person in that I have met many. They are very down-to-earth, hard-working people who are very dependable and reliable. I have been lucky enough to meet many in my day.
I have been working in IT for over 20 years and have been self-employed in the IT world for over 10 years. In my current role, I am responsible for the staff and training of the Customer Support team. I also create, edit, and deliver training materials and eLearning courses to staff.
I would describe myself as a “people person” because it is a big part of my job. I enjoy getting to know the members of my team and helping them build their individual skills and careers.
