I'll be honest, I am a fairly tough person to get along with and I know that the ENFP in me can be quite abrasive. When I get in my own head, I can be really hard on myself about my shortcomings and can be grumpy and frustrated by the little things. This doesn't mean I'm perfect – far from it – but I try to be as understanding as possible even when I find myself saying things like "I'm just being grumpy."
I can be perfectly reasonable and logical about some things but when it comes to my emotions, I can be rather hard on myself. I have to watch out for this even now though. I find myself being a bit too harsh with someone else who happens to be an ENFP because I want them to "get it", as if they're not as good as me at being logical.
