They don't like intruders in their thoughts and will do anything to keep others out of their mind. They will avoid people they perceive as intrusive, and will often be quick to form friendships. However, they can be somewhat distant at times, and don't like to share certain things with others.
ISTPs are very good at explaining themselves and will use words such as "I know" and "I don't know". They are great at explaining to others how they think, but sometimes can come off as condescending. When it comes to relationships, they are often very cautious about who they allow into their lives.
