Alune personality type is INFJ, and that makes me feel both envious and superior. Envious that I’m INFJ, and superior to them because we’re so much more than we realize.
I’m not only seeing the world through the eyes of an INFJ, I’m also seeing it through the eyes of a psychopath. I’m seeing the world through the eyes of a psychopath and feeling so envious of them because they’re moving through life as effortlessly as a butterfly fluttering its wings. They’re not burdened with emotions and irrational thinking like we are. We’re like the crippled people in the stories of Ovid who were born with twisted bodies, and we too must bear the burden of twisted minds. I’m not saying we’re all deeply disturbed, but we can be deeply disturbed if we want to be.
