Zato-1 personality type is INTJ, and like most INTJs, he is very creative and analytical and won't hesitate to point out the flaws in something or someone's work. As a result, Zato-1 is very critical and often finds things lacking, even if he does his best to be polite about it. He can make his criticism seem like constructive criticism, but he only says the stuff he really doesn't like to show others what they should do.
Zato-1's other personality type, INTP, is more reserved and introverted, and he does not have as much of a take-charge attitude as the first personality type. He is a highly analytical thinker who will try to find a solution to a problem or a method that will be useful to accomplish a goal.
