Keisha Taylor personality type is INFP, which stands for Introverted, iNtuitive, Feeling, and Perceiving. This description is perfect on the surface, but the more I read about her, the more I feel she is a highly developed ESTP. In fact, all of her actions and life experiences seem to fit the ESTP profile. She told me she has a similar set of traits to mine, and she was right.
I wish I could hold back on sharing my thoughts about this without giving too much away, but I feel like it’s important to emphasize that this isn’t a “type” that is fixed and immutable (like Myers-Briggs). There are all kinds of ways in which people can be ESTP, and they can change over time. But if you’re like me, you’ve been through the ESTP journey—the ESTP is someone you’ve admired and wanted to be like (at least when you were young and idealistic). The ESTP is someone who was carefree and unencumbered by the rules and regulations that weigh down the rest of us. You may even be an ESTP in your own life.
