A quick note before we continue: My friend Matt (who is an INTJ) has mentioned his concerns about the MBTI. He thinks that the MBTI should only be used for career decision making, and that it should never be used to determine who you should date. I agree with him 100%, but I also think that the MBTI can be used for coming up with career goals, or for career decisions other than who you should date. So, if you want to know whether or not you should date someone, I’d still recommend using the MBTI, but if you want to know what career path you should take, I’d recommend working on developing your values and personality type first. I’ll talk about this more in the next post.
