Bretta personality type is INFP, and I am an INFP. My husband and I could not be more different. I am an introvert, he is an extrovert. He's a naturally happy person, and I am often quite somber. He is a very romantic man, and I am not. In his mind, it is as though all the people in his life are as close as family. In my mind, people are as close as friends until they start being a problem. He has a very high tolerance for drama, and I have a very low tolerance for it.
So, if we're going to have a big problem with a person, I'm going to just "chill out" or "cool off." I don't take things personally, and I can let things go. He, on the other hand, takes things personally, and he will be "OMG, they hate me!" In his mind, this is not healthy. In my mind, this is not unhealthy. In his mind, this is "a problem." In my mind, this is "not a problem."
