Now, here's my take on this: your SCP doesn't need to be INTJ; I would recommend changing it to be at least an INTP. From what you've written, it sounds like the most fitting personality: most creative and intelligent, and pretty clear on what its goals and motivations are. If we're going to call it "Mother In The Ice," we might as well call it "Mother In The Ice-Doll," or "Mother In The Ice-Suit," or something like that.
But yeah, I think the main thing you need to work on is the way you write. Your descriptions of SCP-1836 don't really add anything to your story, and they kind of distract from the main character.
