One personality type is ISTJ, as discussed in my book, The 16 Personality Types. ISTJ is the Inspector. He is the one who wants to know everything. He will not move without knowing everything he can about where he’s going. He wants to know the way things work and how they came to be.
He wants to know how to do things. He wants to know what the possibilities are. And he doesn’t want to be misled or taken advantage of.
So he’s a hard worker. He’s a very good manager because he can keep track of so much information. But he has a hard time being a great manager because he doesn’t have a lot of imagination about how to create new things or how to innovate something new.
He likes precision and details, so he’s very good at keeping track of his expenses, keeping track of his income, keeping track of his schedule.
ISTP – The Technician
The ISTP is the one that likes to go around and do things and being busy.
One is/was the conductor of the Infinity Train, a singular robotic entity that acted as overseer. During the process of losing his position as conductor, One's psyche split into two personalities and became known as One-One.
