I am a perfectionist. I go to some lengths to make sure everything I do is done to the best of my ability. If it's not perfect, I won't do it. This causes me some problems when I'm trying to organize my life and turn it into a workable plan for the next week or month. I need to be able to say no to things that aren't important or that I can do without. I over-schedule myself and sometimes get caught up in the details of what will happen and what must happen. I get stressed out and sometimes give up on things and lose confidence.
