Trevor Spacey personality type is ESTP, which is the same as his character. It appears that his ESTP personality type is a result of the type of abuse he suffered as a child (dysfunctional family). He has an inferior Se and a tertiary Fi. This means that he has a compulsive need to be in charge and a tendency to act impulsively. He is a very good leader, but he does not follow the rules. He does this for his own benefit and for what he perceives to be his own good. He often acts to protect those he loves, even if it means breaking the law. He is a very good liar, but he is also very intelligent and can figure out things quickly. He is very competitive and will use whatever means necessary to win (physical, verbal, legal). He initially developed the ESTP personality type because of the trauma he experienced as a child (dysfunctional family) which left him with a fear of abandonment and a need for control. He then turned this into an attitude of authority and control over others, which he uses as a defense mechanism so that others will not abandon him.
