Uldren Sov (guardian) personality type is ISFJ, and just because he might be a murderer and a torturer doesn't mean that his character doesn't have redeeming qualities.
On the other hand, having a character like this would be difficult to write. It's hard to make a good story where the major antagonist is a serial killer. Especially since Mercy was able to kill people without hesitation and without remorse. Mercy is an exception to the rule, because she's a psychopath, and she killed a lot of people in cold blood without remorse, but she's still a psychopath.
On a related note, I can understand why somebody might argue that any time somebody kills somebody without remorse it makes them a bad person. However, this view is not supported by psychological research. In fact, there is a large body of research showing that it's very difficult for people to develop empathy for those who have killed other people. In fact, empathy for murderers is lower than for those who were abused as children[4].
In order to give Mercy a character arc where she finally learns how to empathize with those who have killed others, it would be necessary to have her learn that she is a victim of abuse.
