They want to be the first at everything and fully expect others to be on their team and follow them without question.
And while they may be great at starting new projects and coming up with new ideas, they may not be as good at managing the resources and resources they do have.
When it comes down to it, ESTPs need to be able to take control of things. They need to know that their words and ideas mean something and that they are actually contributing to the team.
Using their Introverted Thinking (Ti) and Extraverted Sensing (Se) traits, ESTPs will always try to evaluate a situation before coming up with a solution.
That means they will almost always need some guidance and support from their team and will often work best with other ESTPs who can help them make decisions and find a way to make things work.
