Grethe personality type is ISFJ, and I'd say that the story is pretty realistic.
In my experience, ISFJ's are very kind and gentle people, especially when it comes to people they care about. I think that's why they make such a good therapist, a counselor, a doctor, a nurse, a teacher...the list goes on and on. The only problem I've noticed with Stewart is that he's a bit of a perfectionist. And I think that Stewart's perfectionism may be the one thing that keeps him from going after his dreams. That and the fact that he doesn't know who he really is.
My ISFJ friends and I always try to help Stewart out by telling him what we think he should do to get his dream job. We tell him to go to university and get a degree in something that will give him a good career. We tell him to take his time and eventually he'll find out who he is and what he wants to do in life. And we remind him that he's so good at so many things, he doesn't need to do one thing in particular.
