ENTPs are known for their constantly-in-motion minds, and constantly-in-motion minds are not usually praised. To be fair to Darth Zash, there is one instance in which he does praise someone’s mind:

I’m really not sure if this is specific praise for the person’s mind, or if it is general praise for how well they can get themselves out of trouble. Both probably apply, but either way, it seems like an unusual thing for an ENTP to say.
