The Four Seasons of Life by Carol Pearson
This book is about learning how to improve our lives through four cycles of life: childhood, adolescence, midlife and old age. It is broken up into chapters that talk about each part of the cycle. The chapters are short and easy to read. The book is written in a conversational style, which makes it easy to read and easy to understand. It would be a great book to read with your children or teenagers. I don’t think that I would have ever understood how to approach my midlife crisis if I hadn’t read this book first.

In musical terminology, tempo is the speed or pace of a given piece. Tempo may be separated from articulation and meter, or these aspects may be indicated along with tempo, all contributing to the overall texture. While the ability to hold a steady tempo is a vital skill for a musical performer, tempo is changeable. Depending on the genre of a piece of music and the performers' interpretation, a piece may be played with slight tempo rubato or drastic variances. In ensembles, the tempo is often indicated by a conductor or by one of the instrumentalists, for instance the drummer.
