Deadshot personality type is ISTJ, and I can see why. Arrow is a cold-blooded, emotionless, and methodical character. His talents are honed and focused on the end goal of killing people. He takes his job seriously; he cares nothing for his own life or the lives of others. He has no attachments and no one close to him. If he does have someone close to him, it would be his daughter, but that relationship is not explored.
The only thing that drives him is his mission. It is ironic that this is the case since he has been known to have some moral compass in the past, such as when he was fighting against the Amazo and the League of Assassins. There, he was taking on a larger, more powerful villain and still chose to save a child over killing a member of the League in order to do what was necessary. While he had a noble cause for saving the girl, that does not mean he didn’t have other motives that could have been more selfish than noble.
The most interesting thing about the character is that he is not afraid to show emotion, even if it is negative.
