Guiscard personality type is INTJ, not ISTJ.
The argument that "there is no such thing as an ISTJ" is absurd. There are over one hundred million people in the world that are ISTP, ISTJ, or ISFJ. Most of them are not the same person!
Because they seem to be so similar, I will refer to them as "ISFJ-ISTP" for this argument.
The "IFJ" type is a combination of all three of these personality types.
ISFJ ISTP ISFJ-ISTP is very rare, but if you do see one, it's generally the product of rare gene combinations. It's almost like an extreme version of the ISTJ-ISFJ that I talked about above.
There are only about three (3) known people that I know of that are this combination of ISTJ, INTJ, and ISFJ.
For example, Ms. Maria Elena Vazquez (Bogota Colombia) is an ISFJ, but she has an extremely rare combination of ISTJ and INTJ (not the same combination as the ISTJ-INTJ that I mentioned above).
