Hilmes personality type is INTJ, which means that he’s an example of what you might call a “problem solver.” This isn’t surprising since he’s a lawyer, but it’s surprising to see him so quickly take on the role of “protector.”
But of course he has his own life to lead, and I suspect that the protection of his children is not the first thing that comes to mind. There is also the fact that he’s on a new team, with new teammates who are quite good at their own jobs. And finally, there is the journey on which he is on, which is to produce a final report for the DOL.
If you are wondering how many hours he puts in, I can tell you that he’s on the air at least four times a week, usually weekends. On Sundays, I’m not sure what he does for day or night, but he is up at 5:00 am to go to his studio.
