Sander personality type is ISFJ, which makes sense.
Not only is my house and family the center of my life, but so much of the fabric of my personality is the result of how I was raised by my parents. When I was a child, I was always just trying to please them, and I started to develop quite a little set of social values that were somewhat alien to me. When I was young, I used to think of myself as a good person and a good citizen, but I also tended to think of myself as a good person, who was also almost always a good citizen. My parents’ values were not so much different from mine, and I tended to see everyone else as somehow wrong or misguided. Later in life, when I have tried to get people to understand my point of view, I have been amazed at the difficulty people have in seeing things the way that I do. I am still just starting to understand that when I am judging other people, I am not really judging them at all.
This was probably the most challenging aspect of my childhood: learning to understand that being right or correct wasn’t such a big deal.
