Reika Hayami personality type is ENFP, as I have found out after rewatching/reading this anime several times.
Reika Hayami is the only one who can open the door to the basement, and she's the only one who understands that the basement is connected to a different path that leads to a different world. She's the only one who knows how to defeat the dragon, and she's the only one who can open the door to the basement. And through all of that, she's also the one who wants to save her friends and help them, even if they don't know that they need help. She doesn't want to be alone in this world. She wants to save everyone.
Jou, Ren, and Tokine are the only ones who actually know what's going on in this world, who know that there are other worlds, and who are trying to find a way to get home. They're willing to fight for their friends and for their friends' goals. They're willing to sacrifice themselves for the greater good, even if they don't realize that it's for that greater good.
