“It was very hard for me to get my first album out there,” Daniel recalls. “I feel like I have to fight for everything I do, but that’s what makes me the best.”
Daniel says that being Jewish makes him stand out, but he won’t let that stop him.
“I don’t expect people to understand that,” he says. “I love the fact that it makes me special, but I don’t let it make me complacent or think I don’t have to compete.”
Daniel says he’s looking for something new in his music, something that hasn’t been done before. “I want to bring something that hasn’t been seen before,” he adds. “The sound I want to create will be something new.”
He says the inspiration for his music comes from the Bible and all of his experiences in Israel.
