Eskel Personality Type, MBTI

Eskel personality type is ISTP, the Chief Executive and Master Builder type. ISTPs are not generally comfortable with the “I-ness” that some of the other types have. They like to be more in charge and more in action. The ISTP personality type is also known as the “Chief Executive” personality type, as ISTPs are typically very decisive and direct. They tend to be very independent and are not likely to prefer working for others, especially if it is boring or frustrating. These personality types are likely to prefer to work for themselves, which has the advantage of being able to set their own hours, but the disadvantage of not being able to work with others. They do not typically feel so strongly about their own identity, as they are more concerned with the results and what their contributions mean to the team. They are typically very confident, and are not afraid to take action even if they have to take a risk to accomplish what they want. ISTPs tend to be very self-reliant, which makes them very good at leading, especially if they are confident that they can complete what they are working on.
