Paul: Well, I think ISTJs are very value-oriented. They're very concerned with their personal values and what they stand for, and I think that's another reason why they're quite conservative. They don't like to be challenged. They don't like to be criticised; they don't like to be criticised by their friends; they don't like to be criticised by other people, especially other people in authority.
