TV Reporter personality type is ESFJ, which is the most common temperament in my family. I am not sure if this means that I was born with the "right" type, or if it's just a matter of having parents and siblings that match my type. But once you realize that you are a reporter, you can begin to understand your role in the world.

When I was growing up, I was always fascinated by the stars, and I learned to navigate by them when I was little. In the summertime, I would stare at the sky at night and try to memorize constellations. When I learned how to drive in my teens, stars became one of my favorite things to look at. By the time I got my first car, I had memorized all of the constellations and could often find them on the road.

In graduate school, I studied the history of astronomy, and discovered that we are still in the Dark Ages when compared to ancient astronomers like Hipparchus (around 150 BC) and Ptolemy (around 150 AD). He seems to have been an astrologer as well, and he wrote several books on astronomy, including one called Almagest, which is a compilation of his writings about the stars.
