Desde 2016 es director de la Cátedra de Filosofía Cervantina de la Facultad de Filosofía de León (México). Es también editor y fundador de varias revistas científicas (Theatralia, Anuario de Estudios Cervantinos, de las que es director, y Crítica Bibliográphica).
