(Note: I am bending the rules here a bit. According to the MBTI, ISFJ is the weakest of the MBTI personalities. But according to my own experience, ISFJs are not weak. They are also not strong, but they are unlikely to be overly dramatic. They are boring. So I'm not saying they can't get into a drama-filled job, I'm only saying that they are unlikely to do so.)
The goal of an ISFJ is to make their company look good. They will work 80 hour weeks if they have to, to make sure that their company looks good. They are not interested in making money for their company, they are interested in making their company look good. They will work for free if they have to, because they want their company to look good. It's their job.
ISFJs will also work hard at making themselves look good. They want to be the best employee they can be, so they work hard at learning new things, and will try to put themselves in situations where they can learn new things.
