East Timor personality type is ISFJ, which is the 16th most common personality type in the world, making up approximately 2.7 percent of the population. The "J" indicates that these individuals are introverted.

I am an ISFJ and I have a hard time with introverted people, especially when I am in a situation where I need to use my extroverted skills. It's a big challenge for me to put myself in a position where my introverted skills are most needed, but I have learned that I can be more effective if I work on developing my introverted skills.

When you are an introvert, it is easy to get stuck in a rut of constantly doing things alone. Even though you might not be alone all the time, there is a part of you that wants to be alone. It can be difficult to get out of your comfort zone because you don't really know what the world is like outside of your comfort zone.

Most of us are constantly doing things that we think other people want us to do, but really what they want is for you to do what you want to do. If you want to do something, just go do it!

East Timor or Timor-Leste, officially the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, is an island country in Southeast Asia. It comprises the eastern half of the island of Timor, the nearby islands of Atauro and Jaco, and Oecusse, an exclave on the northwestern side of the island surrounded by Indonesian West Timor. Australia is the country's southern neighbour, separated by the Timor Sea. The country's size is about 15,007 square kilometres. East Timor was colonised by Portugal in the 16th century and was known as Portuguese Timor until 28 November 1975, when the Revolutionary Front for an Independent East Timor declared the territory's independence. Nine days later, it was invaded and occupied by the Indonesian military; it was declared Indonesia's 27th province the following year. The Indonesian occupation of East Timor was characterised by a highly violent, decades-long conflict between separatist groups and the Indonesian military.
