What is the personality type of Footix? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Footix from Mascots and what is the personality traits.
Footix personality type is ESFP, and that's the one he displays in his writing.
I'm not one of those who thinks the Myers-Briggs is perfect, but it's certainly close to accurate, especially for those with an inclination to use their dominant (that's the one you choose at birth) function. I would agree with the OP that he is an ESFP, with some extra Fe. But I would also say his Fi comes out clearly in some of his later writing, especially in the chronology of the series.
I personally think that, for him, it is more important that he creates believable characters than that they "fit" into the Myers-Briggs spectrum. He is after all writing about people. ESFPs are often described as "outgoing" and "enthusiastic" and "passionate", so I'm sure he would use his most dominant function in this way.
It's true that some of the characters do seem to be better described by the other types, but they are still convincing to me. I believe that type is very important, but not as important as to make a character fit a particular type "box".
Footix is the mascot of the 1998 Football World Cup in France. Created by Fabrice Pialot, Footix is a rooster, symbol of France, anthropomorphic. His body is blue and his head is yellow and surrounded by a large red collar.
Its name refers to the stereotype of the Gauls, inspired by the Asterix comic strip, whose name would always end in "-ix" [1] .
