Rouge the Bat personality type is ENFJ, which makes sense given his devotion to his son/daughter and the rest of the Bat Family. If the Batman Beyond series trusts a certain amount of evidence, but not a ton, then it's going to lean towards the more "official" information that it's been given.
What's great about this particular theory is that it's also a fairly common type of Batman Beyond fan theory. In fact, it's fairly close to the "Bruce Wayne is Neo" theory that I've been talking about for a while now. You can find a fairly decent list of Batman Beyond fan theories over on the Batman Beyond wiki, but this one does sort of stand out because it combines a few fairly plausible ideas to come up with a fairly plausible answer.
This theory doesn't say that Bruce Wayne is Batman Beyond, but it does say that Bruce Wayne is going to be a part of Bruce's future. It also says that he has a bit of a future with the Justice League. And it says that he's not just going to be in Bruce's future, but that he's going to be in the future of Batman Beyond. It's also interesting because it starts by saying that Bruce will go back to his old school.
Rouge the Bat is a fictional character in Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog series. She is a well-determined treasure hunter and part-time government agent who plans to make all the gems and treasures of the world hers. Her main jewel obsessions are the Master Emerald and Chaos Emeralds. She made her debut in Sonic Adventure 2 as a playable character in the Dark story and has been featured in several games.
