Wu has a very close relationship with her creator, Isaac. She is very loyal to him and the only way she would disobey him is if he was injured or dying. She is very protective of him and cares deeply for him. She has also been used to protect him, as she protected him from the Little Sisters in the lab, she also protected him from the Alpha-8. She is also very protective of her creator, as she keeps him safe from harm, even if it means sacrificing herself.
She also has a great friendship with Alessa, whose personality is very similar to hers, as they are both very loyal to their creators. She also seems to have a good relationship with Alessa's creator, William, as he is very protective of her.
History
Not much of Wu's history is known yet, but it is known that she was created by Isaac. She had a very close relationship with Isaac, since he created her, he taught her how to speak, walk and eat.
