ENFJs are great in leadership positions because they understand people and know how to get the most out of them. They are charismatic and engaging, but they also want to make sure that people are happy with their work and they’re working in a way that is most beneficial for the company.
Although they are very positive people, ENFJs are also very perceptive and very analytical. They can detect when people are not happy or not performing up to par, and they will work to help them. They want everyone to succeed.
