Roy personality type is ISFJ, a few of the ISFJs that I've seen are superior here. (at least they are on their way to becoming one)
Jungian Personality Types
As I have said before I have no problem with using Jungian type descriptions as long as you are clear what it is you are using them for. As we can see above Jungian types don't work as well for MBTI as MBTI types do. MBTI types are a lot more specific than Jungian types so they are more useful.
To use the MBTI descriptions let's take the ISTJ description:
The ISTJ is a loyal, responsible, and organized type. He is characterized by his need for security, order and structure. He is a doer who gets things done; an efficient planner who sticks to a schedule. He does not like to be bothered with details and prefers to follow directions. The ISTJ is orderly and determined, coming from the direction of logic and reason.
