Future Bass personality type is ENFP, which is the most interesting one to me. This type is self-awareness, creativity, and self-expression. They are the ones who are the most emotional and they have a hard time saying no to their emotions. They are easily offended and they can be very passionate. This makes them passionate about what they do and they have a hard time with making decisions because they can get emotional on either side of the coin.
I’ve noticed in my clients that each one of them tend to have both INFP and ENFP traits in them and this makes for interesting interactions with their clients. I’ve noticed that many of my clients have their own ENFP personality type and many of them don’t know this about themselves. If we have a discussion about what it means to be an ENFP, there is usually a huge gap in knowledge between clients and me. Clients are usually not aware of how they were raised, what they learned from their parents, how they were taught to think, etc. I need to look at their past to get a better idea of what their life is like.
Being an ENFP myself, I have many things in common with my clients.
