JRPG personality type is INFP, but it is extremely rare, especially in the US, to see them with a true dominant function. Tolkien is an exception, but even he has the introverted sensing (Si) to temper his extraverted intuition (Ne).
As for your last sentence, I agree with you wholeheartedly, which is why it is so hard to teach introverts. That last sentence, however, makes it sound like I think introverts are the best ones to teach because they are so easy to teach.
Introverts tend to have a hard time with teaching because they cannot be energized by the mere thought of teaching another person how to do something. In fact, I have encountered more than a few people who have found it easier to teach other types than they have.
I think that being a teacher is a noble profession and should be respected, but it just isn’t a job that introverts tend to appreciate. The only thing that an introvert can do well, the only thing that the vast majority of them can do well, is teach themselves.
A large part of why introverts find it hard to teach themselves is because they get bored.
